Admission to any course at The Imperial Classes Bhavnagar is subject to seat availability.

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the applicable course fee.

Students must provide accurate personal information at the time of enrollment. Providing false information may result in cancellation of admission.

The institute reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant at its sole discretion.

Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment schedule at the time of enrollment.

Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases where the institute cancels the course/batch.

The institute reserves the right to revise course fees for new batches. Existing enrolled students will not be affected mid-course.

Receipts will be issued for all fee payments.

Fees are generally non-refundable once a course has commenced.

If a student wishes to withdraw before the course begins, a request must be made in writing within 3 days of enrollment for consideration of a partial refund.

In the event the institute cancels a batch, a full refund or credit towards another course will be offered.

No refund will be issued for absence, lack of progress, or personal dissatisfaction once a course is underway.

Regular attendance is strongly encouraged. A minimum of 75% attendance is required to receive a completion certificate.

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.

The institute reserves the right to expel a student for misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of institute rules, without any fee refund.

Use of mobile phones during active class sessions is discouraged unless permitted by the instructor.

Completion certificates are issued only to students who meet the minimum attendance and assessment requirements for their course.

Certificates issued by The Imperial Classes Bhavnagar represent internal recognition of course completion and are not government-issued documents unless specifically stated.

CCC certificates are issued by NIELIT (a government body) — the institute facilitates exam registration but does not control NIELIT's issuance timelines.

Re-examination fees (if applicable) must be paid separately.

Batch schedules are set by the institute and communicated at the time of enrollment.

The institute may reschedule or adjust class timings due to public holidays, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Students will be informed of schedule changes in advance via WhatsApp or phone.

The institute is not liable for any inconvenience caused by unavoidable schedule changes.

All study materials, notes, videos, and content provided by The Imperial Classes Bhavnagar are for personal educational use only.

Reproducing, sharing, distributing, or reselling institute materials in any form without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Photographs and videos taken on institute premises during classes or events may be used by the institute for promotional purposes (social media, website, brochures). Students or parents who object must inform the institute in writing.

The Imperial Classes Bhavnagar is a private coaching institute. We do not guarantee employment, exam clearance, or specific outcomes as a result of completing any course.

The institute is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of knowledge gained from our courses.

In all matters, the institute's liability is limited to the fees paid by the student for the specific course in question.
